Hello, my name is Kerry. I’m a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, and other challenges in life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
The path of healing can be hard, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I will serve as your guide and companion throughout your healing process, and together we will find the path through the pain towards calm and inner harmony.

An evidenced based model proven to be effective at treating trauma and promoting inner healing. Learn to have compassion for ALL the parts that make up who you are.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
A powerful tool to shift thinking and process past negative experiences through a healthier and more adaptive lens. Evidenced based research has shown EMDR to be effective at decreasing distress and trauma symptoms.
Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
Based on Polyvagal theory, this evidenced based protocol helps decrease sensory sensitivity, improve emotional regulation and sense of safety, and promote social connection and engagement.
